Η Παγωμένη πριγκίπισσα Έλσα νοιάζεται πολύ για τα ζώα. Αποφάσισε να κάνει κάτι για αυτά ταλαίπωρα άρρωστα ζωάκια οπότε και άνοιξε το κτηνιατρείο της. Βοήθησέ την να κάνει το όνειρό της πραγματικότητα. Ξεκίνησε με το να διακοσμήσεις το μέρος. Προσπάθησε να δώσεις μια μοντέρνα αλλά και άνετη επίσης εμφάνιση. Διάλεξε τον καναπέ και τον χώρο αναμονής, τον φωτισμό, τους τοίχους και τους πίνακες. Όταν το νοσοκομείο κατοικιδίων είναι έτοιμο ξεκίνα να φροντίζεις τους ασθενείς. Ξεκίνησε με τον πρώτο ασθενή που είναι ένα χαριτωμένο κουταβάκι. Κάνει και τις 6 ιατρικές ενέργειες για να το κάνειςκαι πάλι καλά και συνέχισε με το επόμενο μέχρι τα ζωάκια να λάβουν την φροντίδα που τους χρειάζεται!
