Here's a recipe for vegetarians: a Vegetable Sandwich. A simple made food with lots of vitamins from the fresh veggies satisfying with each bite. It's so easy to make that you can prepare it while you're enjoying your time outside for a picnic. Spread your picnic blanket and lay on top the ingredients .Slice cucumber, carrots, onions, tomato, peppers and basil. Spread a slice of bread with butter, place the veggies, garnish with ketchup and place another slice of bread on top. Fresh!
